Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines (Haas, Brother, Doosan, or similar)
Minimum 3 years of CNC milling experience, ideally in plastic machining or a job shop environment

Prior experience in a quality driven or regulated environment (e.g., ISO 9001)
Solid knowledge of cutting tool selection and tool life optimization
