Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
Minimum 3-year experience working as a mechanic in the food industry environment or similar
High school education or the equivalent
Demonstrate a high level of mechanical skills and knowledge
Must be able to:
* Lift, carry or move light/heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform duties in extreme varying temperatures
Crawl over, under and into equipment as necessary to perform job duties
Work weekends when plant enters busy season and when needed.
Work on floors that are slippery due to water, gelatin, or dust accumulation.
Work on electrical equipment in a safe and responsible manner
