Leadership experience within the **waste and environmental services industry** is strongly preferred.

Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet-intensive services, construction, heavy equipment, or another operationally complex industry will also be considered.

Experience supporting organizational growth, acquisitions, integrations, or geographic expansion.

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Solid-waste collection experience across multiple lines of business.

Experience with acquisitions, route optimization, fleet-intensive operations, and rapid market growth.

$250K - $350K (total compensation)

This is a full-time position.

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related discipline required.

10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account leadership, or global partner management, with a strong focus on data center clients, preferably in cooling or HVAC equipment sectors

Experience managing hyperscale and colocation data center customers.

Proven track record managing large, complex, global accounts and delivering transformational customer partnerships

Must be authorized to work in the USA.
