Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
2–4 years of experience in construction safety, occupational safety, EHS, or a related field.
Experience conducting safety training, jobsite inspections, or compliance audits.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience maintaining training records, compliance documentation, and reporting metrics.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout Iowa.
Ability to accommodate occasional overnight travel.
Comfort working in both office environments and active construction sites.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences.
