Multiple licensures preferably in one or more of the following states with ability to obtain multiple state licenses per regional assignment: KS, OR, AR, AK, IA, ME, KY, CT, NH, WV, DE, MT, ID, SD, NM, RI, ND, VT, WY, WY, NE
2+ years clinical experience in a health care delivery system
VA and/or military experience
Experience working in a Virtual setting
Experience working in a call center environment, handling a high volume of calls and performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Familiarity with government forms and documentation
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and database experience
