$4,500.00 Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure:

At Hire: $1,350.00

At 180 days (6 months): $1,800.00

At 12 months: $1,350.00

Bonus will be prorated based on Full-Time Equivalency (FTE)

Full Time

Will work 36 hours per week.

1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)

Minimum of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) that is accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency approved by the US Department of Education is required

One year's experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Currently a certified MA, or eligible to take the certification

Certifications must be maintained and remain current

Medical knowledge for understanding theories, reasons, and technical aspects of medicine

Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic and EMR

Certified Medical Assistant

Current documentation for one of the following credentials offered through a national accrediting organization is required within 90 days of hire: * Certified Medical Assistant through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA); American Medical Technologists (AMT) Registered Medical Assistant; Certified Clinical Medical Assistant through National Healthcareer Association (NHA); or National Certified Medical Assistant through National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required within 90 days of hire.

Spanish-speaking skills are preferred at a level 10
