This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.

5+ years Human Resources experience is required

Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Experience with Microsoft Office

HRIS experience

Must demonstrate knowledge in all federal, state, and local employment laws and procedures.

At least 2 years in a supervisory role desired.

PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.

English/Spanish bilingual is preferred and may be required dependent on the location.
