High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to safely follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and ergonomic practices
Ability to efficiently operate labeling, carton, and manual auto-bag stations
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand movements
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes in designated areas
