B.S. Degree in related field preferred, minimum of 3 years directly related experience, preferably in an aerospace or composites manufacturing environment. Exposure or limited experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment preferred. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Some experience managing/measuring supplier performance.

Ability to solve complex problems independently resulting from the complex nature of items produced and purchased, with limited assistance.

Preferred: Working knowledge of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR

Buyer ALL: Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
