Registered Nurse
2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
2 years of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
Experience with Epic is required.
Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from the perm facility.
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Must have experience with ortho patients and PCA pumps.
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
