2+ years of mechanic experience

Electrical and hydraulic knowledge is a plus

Must be at least **18 years of age**.

High school diploma or equivalent.

**3-5 years of relevant Electrical Maintenance and/or Industrial Instrumentation experience OR completion of an Associate degree, Journeyman Certification, NCCER certification, or vocational/technical program directly related to Electrical Maintenance or Instrumentation.** Relevant field experience may also be considered.

Experience troubleshooting, repairing, or maintaining industrial electrical and/or instrumentation equipment.

Valid driver's license.

Experience with **480 VAC motors, motor starters, and VFDs**.

Experience troubleshooting **24 VDC and 120 VAC control circuits**.

Experience working with **PLCs and/or DCS systems**.

Experience performing **instrument calibration and maintaining control valves or analyzers**.

Experience using **SAP or a similar computerized maintenance management system**.

2-3 years of automotive, diesel, fleet, or transit maintenance experience or equivalent training.

Experience with diesel systems and preventive maintenance

Basic computer skills

Ability to use maintenance software

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Participate in random drug and alcohol testing.

CNG experience preferred

Working in a chemical processing plant with variable temperatures, odors, noise levels, elevated heights, and/or confined spaces

2 years of mechanical experience in a chemical plant

4 years of industrial experience

1 year of experience with tools, procedures and methods utilized in an industrial maintenance environment

Experience working with pumps, welding, bearings, electrical safety, forklifts, gears, hydraulics, valves, and rigging

Formal vocational training in an industrial engineering discipline

Experience working in a TPM environment

Ability to track safety, quality, and productivity data

Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment
