Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
* Mechanical Engineering
* Process Engineering
* Shift Engineering
* Industrial Engineering or a closely related Engineering discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
Minimum of 2 years in plastics manufacturing, thermoforming, extrusion, food packaging, or related industries preferred.
Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles and Continuous Improvement Projects.
Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to climb stairs and manufacturing platforms
Ability to occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
Work in hot, noisy manufacturing environments.
Wear always required PPE
Working in a 24/7 manufacturing operations
Rotating day and night shift every two weeks
Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, heat dust, and noise
