Minimum of **6 years of experience** in a general machine shop
Ability to operate CNC lathes, mills, and drill presses
Floor-level programming experience and a basic understanding of Mastercam
Experience with **Mazak Matrix/Mazatrol** controls
Proficiency using tape measures, scales, micrometers, and calipers
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of tooling geometry, replacement, and sharpening practices
Ability to set up and machine complex parts independently
Computer skills, including time tracking and program manipulation
Regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
Frequently required to walk
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
