Applicants must be willing to work in refrigerated, freezer and non-climate-controlled environments while operating warehouse equipment (electric pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).

Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.

The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.

The associate must be able to see and verbally communicate.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.

No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $21.60/hour

+ $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators

$1/hour for working overnight shift

Night shift: Sunday - Wednesday Night OR Monday - Thursday night, 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. or 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (4 days a week, 10-hour shifts)

Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations

At least 18 years of age

Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds

For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, Turret Truck and Forklift

Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments
