Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Five (5) years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.

Experience within a CNC machining manufacturing environment.

Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience managing capital projects, including budget tracking and execution.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar platforms.

Experience in employee development, coaching, and performance management.

This position has a starting pay range of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.
