Valid driver's license required
Driving record review will be conducted
2+ years of maintenance technician or facilities engineer experience within a hotel or commercial environment considered
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, work order systems (for tracking service requests and reporting) and Building Management Systems
Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues across building systems
Experience performing hands-on repairs using power tools
Ability to read and work from blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Basic carpentry and plumbing experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work at heights (ladders/scaffolding) and safely operate tools/equipment commonly used in facilities maintenance.
Ability to wear required PPE (e.g., respirator, gloves, eye and hearing protection).
High School Diploma or GED
