Working knowledge of all serving and bussing functions
Capable of effectively handling a full section of tables according to steps of service
Able to work flexible hours and days, including weekends and holidays
Minimum of six months experience as a bus staff at Orchard Cove or in an upscale hotel or restaurant
Ability to pass a CORI background check and physical exam including TB test
Ability to stand for long periods of time and to walk short distances
Frequent stooping, reaching and lifting
