Coursework or certification in electronic technology

Plus 2 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology

OR 3 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology

Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment

PLC/PC program knowledge with troubleshooting experience

Industrial electrical experience, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24 VDC systems

Advanced troubleshooting skills with PCs and industrial control devices and networks

Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to business leadership

Willingness to work shift schedules, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as needed

Customer service–oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills

Associate's Degree in electronic technology plus 2 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.

Annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status.
