High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred but not required
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and operating procedures
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing equipment and processes
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to safely lift and move materials within established guidelines
Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to safety
Willingness to work overtime and become cross-trained across multiple RBY production areas
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve basic production issues while maintaining quality and safety standards
