Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, and at least 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, service engineering, aftermarket operations, or a related engineering environment.
Proven experience developing and standardizing service, repair, remanufacturing, or manufacturing processes across multiple sites or locations.
Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI), new service introductions, process validation, and production or service launches.
Strong knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools, including PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, process capability, and corrective action methodologies.
Experience working with ERP and operational systems.
