5+ years of technical field engineering, applications engineering, or similar hands-on engineering experience
Experience within oil and gas, mining, power generation, heavy industrial, or similar environments
Familiarity with sensor technologies, industrial monitoring systems, electronics, and network communications
Working knowledge of industrial communication and control protocols, including Modbus, 4-20mA, relay logic, and similar protocols
Understanding of hazardous location classifications and equipment ratings
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects and competing priorities
