Experience as a Test Technician with electronics, with approximately 1–3 years of relatable experience.
Ability to solder fine pitch and surface-mount (SMD) components with precision.
Proficiency using oscilloscopes and other electronic test equipment.
Working knowledge of RF theory and technology.
Experience using hand-held and benchtop RF equipment such as signal generators, arbitrary waveform generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal analyzers.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical problems down to component level.
Excellent problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
Ability to follow highly complex technical directions and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with digital and analog circuits and RF circuitry.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Strong attention to detail when working with intricate electronic assemblies and documentation.
