The incumbent has to be a US citizen only
B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent required
5 or more years of experience in design and manufacturing environment is required
5 or more years of experience in electric machine design is required
Experience with DC or AC motors including control, testing, specifications and applications is required
Experience with a finite element and/or parameterized motor design software is required
Ability to read and create electrical schematics and readily use component data sheets is required
Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical test equipment such as signal generators, DVM, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, tension/torsion testers, thermal chambers and vibration monitoring is required
Experience troubleshooting electronics or electrical assemblies is required
