Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field
3–5 years of safety experience in food manufacturing or industrial production environments
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices (LOTO, machine guarding, confined space)
Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in temperature-controlled conditions
Certification such as CSP, ASP, or OSHA 30/40-hour required
