Adequate vision is necessary to read technical manuals, identify color-coded systems, and detect safety hazards, while hearing capability must be sufficient to perceive warning signals, alarms, and verbal communications in noisy environments, with or without hearing protection.

Experience with electrical drawings (block diagrams, one-function diagrams) or electrical control systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical block installation drawings.

Experience with Jira or similar task tracking and project management tools.

Experience with configuration management, engineering change control, or Liaison Action Report processes.

Experience working in an industrial or shipboard environment.

Familiarity with shipboard machinery control systems, propulsion plant configurations, or HM&E; systems.

Experience with Microsoft Access or database tools for tracking and reporting.

Familiarity with Navy or DoD technical documentation standards (MIL-STD, NAVSEA drawing practices).
