Registered Nurse (RN)

Current RN licensure required

At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience is required.

BSN preferred.

Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.

Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred.

Knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred

CNOR certification a plus.

Certified Surgical Tech

A graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.

Must be certified to perform CPR

0-2 years of clinical experience in a related field.

Certified or certification pending

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients in the center.

Must demonstrate the knowledge of the principle of growth and development of the life span and the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's requirements relative to his/her age specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in the center's policies and procedures.

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills in the nursing process.

Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.

Must stand for long periods and remain alert during operations.

Surgery Partners conducts pre-employment screenings including but not limited to criminal background checks and drug testing.

Total Joint/orthopedic experience is not required but preferred.
