Must be able to pass a Millwright Assessment test and hands-on assessment at our mill
Must be willing to travel a few times a year to complete the West Fraser Qualified Millwright training courses

Ability to follow all West Fraser safety policies and procedures
Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Ability to work in outdoor environments and loud, high-volume conditions
