High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in **warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing**.
Experience in a high-volume distribution center or similar operational environment.
Warehouse Management System (**WMS**) experience.
Experience interviewing, onboarding, coaching, evaluating, and developing employees.
Experience using operational data and performance metrics to make decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience supporting employee engagement, continuous improvement, and operational performance.
