Hands-on experience with calibration and metrology for instruments, meters, gauges, and other testing and measuring equipment.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation and instrumentation calibration practices in a regulated environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting measurement and instrumentation issues and implementing effective corrective actions.
Ability to follow detailed calibration procedures and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
Competence in using specialized calibration tools, equipment, and software to perform and document calibration activities.
Strong numerical skills, including the ability to perform calculations and interpret measurement data and calibration results.
Background or training in calibration, metrology, or instrumentation.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
Experience documenting calibration activities in compliance with GMP or similar regulatory standards.
