CNA training and certification required and provided by facility
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year
A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually
Drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement
Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of this position as per our Sanford Driving Policy per the leaders request
Maintains all department specific required certifications
