High school diploma or equivalent required.
Understanding of substance use disorders, recovery principles, and available community resources.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be 18 or older
Be able to complete I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
Be able to complete a background check (prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify an applicant)
Possess a valid Kentucky driver's license with no health problems that limit or restrict driver's licensing.
Minimum of five years driving experience with no more than two at-fault accidents or six or more deficiency points in the past three years.
Submit a Motor Vehicle Release Form.
