Line cooks are the backbone of the kitchen. You'll run a station on the cooking “line” — whether that's grilling, sautéing, frying, or plating — and make sure each dish is prepared consistently, safely, and on time.
Prepare food orders to specification for both a la carte dining and catered events
Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a sanitary work environment
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Complete prep lists and assigned tasks on time
Support team members with flexibility and cooperation
Exhibit a positive attitude, dependability, and courtesy toward coworkers, members, and guests
Be available for overtime if needed during peak business periods
