Ability to stand and/or to move about the store to manage the daily operations

Ability to move and lift 55 pounds

Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees

Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the FedEx Office business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the position

Prior experience as a Mechanic, Service Writer, Service Supervisor, or Service Manager, with knowledge of construction and forestry equipment.

An understanding of budgeting, planning, merchandising, and goal setting.

Demonstrated success in personnel management, marketing, and sales.

Computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
