High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in:
Heavy mechanical assembly
Industrial maintenance or repair
Pump, motor, gearbox, or rotating equipment repair
Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications
Experience using precision tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque tools, calipers)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Basic computer skills for work orders and test documentation
