Minimum two (2) years' experience in an assembly area is preferred
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Mechanical aptitude, ability to put things together/take things apart, troubleshoot
Ability to read, write, and process all instructions, written or verbal
Ability to use lifting and moving equipment as required
Must have a working knowledge or ability to learn to use precision measuring instruments
Ability to interpret basic manufacturing mechanical blueprints
Ability to solve problems
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Quality oriented mindset, with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to complete all tasks in a safe and accurate manner
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work overtime as needed and alter hours as business needs dictate
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
The person may be scheduled for 3rd shift (11pm-7am) with training on 1st shift
