Must Possess a WI State Indentured Journeyperson Maintenance Mechanic Millwright Card.
Experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
On the job success in safety, attendance, and quality of work expected.
Follow all established facility rules, policies, and procedures.
Own or obtain necessary tools.
Must have a good attitude and able to work in a team environment.
Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities.
Must have own tools or willing to obtain tools needed.
Ability to manage several priorities at once.
Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including holidays and weekends, and accept call-ins and overtime outside of the normal workday.
After one-year of employment in the mill, eligibility for shift by seniority goes into effect.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
