Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools and AI tools.

Approximately 10 to 20 percent annually, including travel to Kohler manufacturing locations, customers, and the market.

Experience in category management, product management, demand planning, supply chain analytics, finance, or commercial analytics.

Working knowledge of new product development, manufacturing, forecasting, production planning, pricing, and category business management.

$65.00 - $72.00/hr.

5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps, MLOps, or AI Infrastructure.

Proven track record building and operationalizing enterprise AI/ML platforms.

Experience deploying and supporting machine learning or generative AI solutions in production environments.
