Location: Janesville, WI
This is an entry-level position
No previous manufacturing experience is required, and a high school diploma/GED is not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work well with others
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb a small step ladder, or get into a crawl position when needed
No previous production experience required — training is provided!
PPE: Steel-toe shoes/boots — provided
Safety glasses — provided

Hair/beard nets — provided
Bump cap — provided; associates use their own baseball cap with the insert
Break Schedule: 10-minute break after approximately 2 hours
30-minute unpaid meal break after approximately 4 hours
10-minute break after approximately 6 hours
Overtime opportunities are available, typically on Saturdays
