High school diploma or GED equivalent

6 - 10+ years of formal administrative management or director-level leadership overseeing a high-volume EMS, 911, or PSAP emergency communications center.

Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) Certification

Prior departmental responsibility for CAD system administration, telephony infrastructure oversight, vendor management, and executive-level analytics reporting.

Experience working in a fast-paced 24/7/365 environment

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Emergency Management, Public Safety, or Business preferred

Current field EMS licensure (BLS, ALS, or Critical Care) and prior experience in an EMS setting operating both 911 and private/IFT call services.

Hands-on experience with Trauma soft CAD, First Watch, and Microsoft Power BI reporting toolsets.

Job Schedule: Full time

Weekly Hours: 36.00

36 hours/week, variable shifts. Must be flexible to work a mix of day, evening, and occasional night shifts based on unit needs.

Typical shifts are 12 hours and may include 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 11a-11p, or 3p-3a.

Weekend rotation is generally every third weekend.

Schedules are posted in six-week increments.

This position requires a commitment to 36 hours per week and cannot be reduced below that level.

Must be flexible to work a mix of day, evening, and occasional night shifts based on unit needs.

If working in Wisconsin (WI), must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility or a student nurse, currently enrolled at a school approved by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, who has completed a basic nursing course and 16 hours of clinical experience.

An accepted offer will require a drug screen

Pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment.

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.

Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Registered Nurse

Current appropriate state licensure

Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.

Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.

The employee must be able to bend over.

The employee may occasionally be required to move, with assistance, machines and equipment of up to 200 lbs.

May lift chemical and water solutions of up to 30 lbs. as high as 5 feet.

Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).

Compensation range is $25.87-38.05 / hour.

Paramedic

Registered with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and must maintain active registration status.

Must have and maintain a State of Wisconsin Paramedic License.

Must have current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification.

2 years' experience providing care for emergency patients in pre-hospital or hospital environment.

Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to work in a mass casualty event.

Proficient use of technical office equipment including computer for word processing/spreadsheet/database/e-mail/electronic calendars and other medical applications and/or other job specific office technology.
