Associates Degree, technical certification or equivalent manufacturing quality experience may be considered
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
CAD software certificate such as; CSWA (SOLIDWORKS CAD Design Associate Certificate) or CSWP (SOLIDWORKS CAD Design Professional Certificate)
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications using GD&T; standards
Hands-on mechanical aptitude for fitting and assembling parts for functional testing
Proficient in software tools including Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, CAM, and PDM systems
Ability to use a CMM, Visions system and all other measurement tools
