Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (O365), and PC troubleshooting techniques
Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills
Must adhere to ISO and OSHA policies established by FMG
Bachelor's degree in information technology required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Have or are willing to obtain A+ certification
