Experience with Calibrated equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM etc.)

Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings (wire diagrams, work instructions, CAD)

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) knowledge, understanding dimension and tolerancing

Experience with inspection of machined parts and mechanical assemblies

Experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949 or similar QMS standard

3+ years experience in a quality assurance or inspection role in a manufacturing/production setting

IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification

Basic knowledge using various measuring tools and hand tools (e.g. tape measure, caliper, micrometer, drivers etc.)

Experience with Manufacturing processes and their related systems (Jira, MES, ERP, Teamcenter, CAD)

Knowledge of First Article Inspection requirements and processes

Able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

40 hours per week (8 hours/day); flexible schedule between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering** , or a closely related technical field.

Approximately **2 years of professional experience** in electronics engineering, circuit-board troubleshooting, product development, electronics repair, embedded systems, or a related field.

Good understanding of fundamental analog and digital electronics principles.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic circuit boards and assemblies.

Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, logic analyzers, power supplies, and related diagnostic equipment.

Basic to intermediate programming experience in **C and/or Python**.

Familiarity with embedded microcontrollers such as ARM Cortex-M, STM32, ESP32, RP2040, Microchip PIC, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB, or Ethernet.

Ability to read and understand electronic schematics, datasheets, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.

Hands-on soldering and desoldering skills, including basic PCB component rework.

High School Diploma or GED, with continuing education in mechanics or engineering is preferred.
