Four years experience which provides knowledge of: Working on parts which require holding to exacting tolerances when necessary, determine trim lines from blueprints or templates. Aircraft sheet metal hand finishing, bending, forming, using routers, circular saws power brakes to form, pierce, contour, or straighten metal parts and power rolls to contour sheet metal extrusions, and structural tubing. Run, program and set up, numerically controlled brakes, water jets, slip roll, rotary shapers, hydro press, punch press and, to perform and operation within their capacity to cut, shape and drill flat and formed sheet metal and extrusion stock. Makes minor adjustments when the machines perform improperly. Documented heat treat experience with familiarity of processes such as annealing, normalizing, quenching, check and straightening. Completion of a high-quality industrial-based machine shop training program which is typically 800-1600 training hours in duration would offset six months of the four-year requirement.

Employee must be able to read and interpret detail and assembly blueprints and understand heat treat specifications and nomenclature.

Aircraft related experience

The expected pay rate is $27.00 - $42.00/hour determined based on a skill assessment.

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, Data Visualization, Computer Science, or Data Science

5+ years of experience with design of data visualization (tools such as Figma, Tableau, D3.js, or Adobe Illustrator), dashboard, analytics, or complex workflow design

Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.

Life sciences, cold chain, pharmaceutical logistics, or temperature-controlled supply chain experience.

Experience at monitoring, observability, IoT, telematics, cold chain, logistics, healthcare analytics, or financial data company.

Working knowledge of GDP/GxP concepts, excursions, stability budgets, lane qualification, or regulated quality workflows.

Working knowledge of databases, data processing, analytics concepts, and AI/ML capabilities, including LLMs, RAG workflows, predictive models, and model output limitations.

Strong generalist UX skills, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and high-fidelity interface design

Experience designing for enterprise SaaS products used by operational, quality, supply chain, or customer support teams
