Minimum Qualifications
Occasionally works in wet humid conditions (non-weather related), near moving mechanical parts, in the presence of fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock
Regularly required to remain stationary, be mobile, navigate the hotel, handle, reach, and detect objects, tools, or controls, and detect scent and detect sounds
No prior experience or training necessary
Detect items in guest rooms to ensure safe performance of work
The associate may be asked to travel to help additional locations within a reasonable geography
Regularly position self to access low areas, traverse heights and remain stable while doing so, balance, and the ability to bend, kneel, or crouch
Occasionally push/pull objects (carts/cleaning equipment) weighing up to 50 pounds
Frequently work in outside weather conditions (depending on hotel)
Typically, moderate to loud noise levels in the work environment

Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards required.
Physical: Walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment. Safely use weight-bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs) and lift up to 75 lbs. Climb ladders up to 32 feet and work in confined spaces and at heights. Operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments. Work with small components and wires. Work outdoors for extended periods in any season and inclement weather.
Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications. Competent in using hand tools.
Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Language: Fluent in English.
Schedule: Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary.
