Schedule: FULL TIME

A high school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education

Experience as a Journeyman Lineman, Journeyman Lineman certification and/or testing through UWUA 127.

Completion of a formal apprenticeship training program.

Must meet examining board review of skills and experience.

Candidate must have formal hot stick training and experience.

Must own, or be able to obtain, a Class A Commercial Driver's License.

This position requires a post-offer, pre-placement physical capacity screening, conducted by a licensed physical therapist, to assure the candidate meets the physical demands of the job. The screening will assess only the identified physical demands of the job being applied for.

Physical Demands: The job duties of Lineman require lifting in excess of 75 lbs from floor to waist and waist to overhead, carrying in excess of 75 lbs with both hands, and pushing and pulling in excess of 100 lbs of exertion force. Job duties of the Lineman require sustained, awkward positions/postures including bending and twisting at the waist and neck; reaching forward, to the side, across the body and overhead. Additional requirements of the Lineman position include forceful grip and pinch; manipulation of small objects; balancing on one or both legs during dynamic activities; manipulation of large objects during activities requiring balance and sustained awkward postures.

2+ years experience as a Journeymen Lineman.

Annual Salary Range: $109,078.39 - $119,986.23

15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Must Complete Training and Check Ride).

40,000 Retention Bonus (There is a 6 Month waiting period and this is a 3 Year Program).

Up to 3,000 in Relocation Assistance.

Airframe: King Air C90

Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) Required.

Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.

Ability to provide logbooks listing all flight dates and corresponding hours, along with a cumulative total that substantiates the time reported on the resume.

Valid and unexpired driver's license.

Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate.

1,000 PIC hours.

500 Cross Country hours.

500 Multi-Engine hours.

100 Night hours.

75 Instrument (50 in actual flight) hours.

Must be able to work night, day, and overnight shifts as assigned.

Required to work in outside weather conditions.

May need to de-ice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft and maneuvering in and out of the hangar, prep the plane for flight.

The ideal candidate will have single pilot IFR experience.

Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.

Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or higher.
