Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or three years of basic shop experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment
Previous supervisory or lead-hand experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical manuals
Extensive knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment and electrical (120v-480v)
Welding certification (MIG, TIG, Stick)
Experience supporting overhead cranes and rigging operations
