Ability to write technical instructions using blueprints, CAD models, and Mil-Spec information.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; with a related Masters degree.
2+ years of experience in an engineering role, (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, etc.) with a manufacturing operations focus.
Hands on project or work experience is required.

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience within the Electrical and Instrumentation field; OR a minimum 2-year technical degree within Electronics & Instrumentation; OR completion of a formal Instrument / Electrical Technician apprentice program.
Must be willing and able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include safety equipment, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, hardhats, hairnets, and steel-toed shoes.
