Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration from an accredited business school.
3-7 years of progressive experience in production planning, master scheduling, or materials planning in a mid-sized, regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, defense, electronics, medical, etc.)
Practical experience using ERP/MRP logic and systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, etc.) with the proven ability to maintain accurate schedules without relying on robust, fully implemented system automation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, PowerPivot, XLOOKUP, Forecasting & Data models.)
