Minimum three years of recent hands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least one year specifically focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Application onboarding and migration experience; demonstrated experience contributing to at least one migration project from a legacy IAM solution (for example: Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity (IIQ)) to SailPoint ISC
Solid understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering; understanding of IAM and governance concepts, security controls, and regulatory requirements related to access governance (for example: SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Ability to travel as required
