Minimum of a high school diploma.
Basic math skills are necessary for counting and calculations.
Mechanical and technical abilities, including the ability to interpret blueprints and operate computers, tools, and general production equipment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Color vision is required to accurately identify different color wires, tabs, and electronic components.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
